Cast aluminum and cast copper heater

Structure: using electric heating tube, cast in aluminum or copper and other metal materials, the heating wire is isolated from the air, the heating body is strong and durable, the heating is uniform, the heat exchange is rapid, the cooling water channel or air duct can be set in the heating body. Explosion proof junction box is used in special environment. If thermal insulation is required, thermal insulation layer shall be provided.

Technical parameters:

The working temperature of cast aluminum can reach 350 ℃, and the power density can be as high as 3.5w/cm2.

The working temperature of cast copper can reach 650 ℃, and the power density can be as high as 8W / cm2.
